The challenge was Rare Records had over 70,000 vinyl records listed on an outdated platform with poor search functionality and no effective categorisation. The lack of filtering, slow performance, and clunky UX made it hard for customers to browse and buy — hurting both engagement and conversions.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
We're running an ongoing SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and search visibility. This includes technical optimisation, improved URL and metadata structure, content-rich collection and product pages, and keyword targeting across core categories like sandalwood sticks, essential oils, and natural body care. We're also building a long-term content and backlink plan to support sustainable organic growth.
